Imagine yourself standing at the Lakeside Bar and Restaurant having a relaxing drink on the sun terrace and if you look west you will see the fabulous sunsets over the lake. Walking from the bar, to your left is the Club & Function Suite. Here you can be entertained by live acts, discos, karaoke and dancing.

On Clearwater you can go windsurfing, kayaking and canoeing in the mornings and evenings while Jet Skis use the lake in the afternoon. This gives our owners plenty of peace and quiet in the evening or early morning. Fishermen will catch: Carp to 32lb, monster croc Pike to 28lb. Other coarse fish include Tench, Rudd, Eels, Perch and Roach. The Lake depths vary between 6ft and 38ft giving the fish plenty of places to hide. Fishing pegs are available around the east shore of the lake.
